DECISION
Promulgation of Regulations on Principles and Certification Conditions for certification services of ICI Certification and Inspection Company Limited
ICI CERTIFICATION AND INSPECTION COMPANY LIMITED
Pursuant to TCVN ISO/IEC 17065:2013 “Conformity assessment – Requirements for organizations certifying products, processes and services”;
Pursuant to TCVN 12134:2017 – Organic agriculture – Requirements for certification organizations;
Based on TCVN standard ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 “Conformity assessment – Requirements for organizations assessing and certifying management systems – Part 1: Requirements” and ISO/TS 22003: 2015 “Food safety management system – Requirements for organizations evaluating and certifying food safety management systems”;
Consider the request of the Head of Human Resources Administration and Certification Department.
DECISION:
Article 1: Now promulgated together with this Decision “Regulating Principles and Certification Conditions for ICI’s certification services”.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3: Head of HR Department, Certification Department, staff, collaborators of ICI and certification registration facilities are responsible for implementing this decision./.
